Night of the Stars

Celebrating the brilliant hospitality and hotel individuals and teams creating lasting impact in the Bristol region.

Each spring, the Bristol Hoteliers Association brings together teams from across our member hotels for Night of the Stars, our annual black-tie celebration of the people who make Bristol's hospitality so special.

Great hospitality is always a team effort, built by people in every corner of a hotel: the kitchens and front desks, housekeeping and maintenance, the bars, the back offices and everywhere in between. Night of the Stars is our chance to step away from the day-to-day, come together as an industry, and recognise the individuals and teams whose dedication, warmth and hard work bring it all to life.

The evening's awards shine a light on excellence across the board from the Rising Star making their mark early in their career, to the Unsung Hero whose efforts so often go unseen, to the Chef of the Year leading the way in our kitchens, among many others. Each celebrates a different part of what makes great hospitality happen.

It's an evening of recognition, celebration and a touch of glamour. A reminder that behind every memorable stay is a person who made it happen.

Highlights of 2026 Night of the Stars

This March, we celebrated in style at Ashton Gate Stadium — making our entrance through the players' matchday tunnel, stepping out onto the pitch, before heading up to the event space for the evening ahead.

It was a fabulous night, with over 400 guests gathered to honour the very best of Bristol hospitality. Delicious food and drink flowed throughout, and as the evening reached its peak, nine awards were presented to the real stars of the night — the people whose talent and dedication make our industry shine.

With the trophies handed out and accomplishments celebrated, there was only one thing left to do: party the night away.
